Delivery Policy

1. About this document

Move Care does not sell physical goods, so "delivery" does not mean shipping a parcel. This document transparently explains what delivery means for our services — both for advance payments that fund social rides, and for Move Care kilometers used on your own commercial rides.

2. The nature of Move Care's services

The services provided by Creative Mobility Solutions SRL (Move Care) consist of organizing and carrying out rides — social rides (free for the beneficiary, funded through supporters' advance payments) and commercial rides (paid, through Bolt, Uber, or directly through Move Care). There is no physical product delivered by courier or post.

3. Delivery of social rides funded through advance payments

When you make an advance payment through the "Give a ride" section, your amount funds a social transport ride for a vulnerable person (an elderly person, a chronic patient, a person with disabilities), identified and requested by a verified partner organization (NGO, clinic, institution).

• Assigning the beneficiary, scheduling, and carrying out the ride are managed by Move Care together with the partner, based on incoming requests and driver availability.
• You cannot personally choose the beneficiary or the exact date of the ride — this is part of our internal social services organization.
• Your payment is considered "delivered" once the funded ride actually takes place and is marked as such in our system.

4. Delivery of Move Care kilometers

Move Care kilometers are granted as follows:

• 1 kilometer for subscribing to the newsletter — credited as soon as the subscription is confirmed.
• 1 kilometer for every 20 lei paid in advance — credited as soon as the payment is confirmed (not upon completion of the social ride).

Kilometers can be used as a discount — of up to 100% — on your own commercial rides carried out through Move Care, from a minimum of 3 accumulated km, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

5. Estimated timeframes

Because social rides depend on requests from partner organizations and driver availability, we cannot guarantee a fixed timeframe for each funded social ride. As a general rule, rides requested by our partners are organized within a few days to a few weeks of the request. You will be able to track the status of your payment (advance issued / completed) in your account on the site, as soon as this feature is available.

6. Delivery confirmation

For each advance payment, you will receive two separate communications:

• Immediately after payment: payment confirmation and the advance invoice, by email.
• After the ride has taken place: confirmation that the service has been delivered, together with the reversal (storno) of the advance invoice and the final fiscal invoice.

7. If the service cannot be delivered

In exceptional situations — for example, if within a reasonable period we are unable to identify a beneficiary or organize the corresponding ride — Move Care will contact you to jointly decide whether you prefer to keep the amount for a future ride or receive a refund, in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
