We welcome you, however you work now

You don't have to give up anything. You can be part of the Move Care community and receive social rides, while keeping your current activity.

Independent driver

You want to join our licensed fleet directly and drive under Move Care.

Employed by another fleet

You stay where you are, but also receive social rides through the Move Care project.

Own company / sole trader

You collaborate with us independently, through a contract, keeping your independence.

How we collaborate with partner fleets and companies

If you're employed by another fleet or have your own company / sole trader status, we draw up a clear collaboration contract, with transparent terms.
Depending on the number of rides completed, we invoice weekly, and we pay your company or fleet.
For drivers coming from another fleet, an intermediation fee applies, clearly stated in the contract.

Requirements

What you need to sign up

Valid category B driving licenceWith a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
Professional driver certificationFor passenger transport (ARR). Or willingness to obtain it.
Clean criminal recordNo background that would affect passenger transport.
Empathy and patienceWe work with vulnerable people — attitude matters just as much as paperwork.
