Move Care was born from a simple idea: everyday transport can become an engine of solidarity. A social enterprise from Cluj-Napoca, where every commercial ride helps someone who would otherwise stay home.
It all started with a fleet authorized by the Romanian Road Authority, operating daily in Cluj-Napoca through Bolt and Uber. But beyond the commercial rides, we saw a need that the city too often overlooked: people who cannot get to the hospital, to treatment, or simply into the heart of the community.
Previous experience in support projects for people in socially at-risk situations showed us how much a single ride at the right moment can matter. That's how the idea came about to connect the two worlds — commercial and social mobility — into a single mechanism of solidarity.
Today, Move Care is more than a transport service. It is proof that a business can be, at the same time, sustainable and deeply human.
