Open your Move Care account Use the link that matches your role, further down the page.

Tap the „📲 Install app” button You'll find it at the bottom of the page, next to „Log out”. If it doesn't appear right away, give it a few seconds — the browser needs a moment to confirm the app is installable.

Confirm „Install” in the pop-up Chrome asks once. The Move Care icon then appears on your home screen, just like any other app.

✅ Don't see the button? Open Chrome's ⋮ menu in the top-right corner and look for „Install app” or „Add to Home screen”.

Open your Move Care account in Safari Installing only works from Safari on iPhone — not from Chrome or another browser.

Tap the „Share” icon The square with an arrow pointing up, in Safari's bottom bar.

Choose „Add to Home Screen” Scroll down the options list until you find it, then tap „Add” in the top-right corner.

ℹ️ iPhone doesn't have an automatic „Install” button like Android — this manual step through Safari is the only way, but it still takes under 10 seconds.

Open your Move Care account From Chrome or Edge — Safari and Firefox on desktop don't yet support installing web apps.

Look for the install icon in the address bar A small icon (a screen with a down arrow) on the right side of the address bar, or use the „📲 Install app” button on the page.

Confirm the install The app opens in its own window, without the browser's address bar, and also shows up in your start menu / dock.

Once your account is open (installed or straight from the browser), tap the „🔕 Activate notifications” button next to „Log out” as well. Your browser will ask for permission once — after you accept, you'll get an alert straight on your phone or computer every time a driver accepts or arrives for your ride, without needing to check email.
